3. Acceptable Use
- ▸ Operators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
- ▸ No use for illegal transactions, fraud, or money laundering
- ▸ Operators are responsible for the compliance and conduct of their end users
- ▸ Platform credentials and access must be kept secure and up to date
4. Limitation of Liability
MONDAXX provides technology infrastructure only. Operators are solely responsible for their marketplace operations, end-user relationships, and regulatory compliance. We are not liable for commercial losses, transaction disputes, or third-party service interruptions.
